Fish Tagine with Vegetables

This dish is very delicious because of the mix of different vegetables. The flavor profile is primarily due to the spice mix and your choice of vegetables.


  • 1 Kilo of fish (any kind)

  • 1 small cup of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of black Pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of sweet red pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of Red hot pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger

  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 bundle of coriander and parsley

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 tomatoes diced

  • 2 potato cut in cubes

  • 2 black pepper beads

  • 4 Red olives

  • small cup of lemon juice


1. Sprinkle Garlic and add salt, black pepper, sweet red pepper ,Red hot pepper, cup of olive oil, ginger, turmeric, lemon juice.

2. Mix all and season the fish and do the same to vegetables

3. In a saucepan , place the coriandar and parsley on the bottom layer add the carrots, onions, tomatoes, and Peppers and put the fish pieces.

4. Add a glass of Water

5. Allow to Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat.

6. When serving, put the fish first and then put vegetables on top and decorate with lemon and olives
