Some say, once you get used to Jasmine rice, you cannot go back to your regular rice. Fragrent, full of texcture and flavors, this is a quentisential Thai food.
250 g Jasmine rice
1. Put the jasmine rice inside of a casserole. Fill it with water, rinse and then pour out the water. Fill again with water till the water layer on top of the rice is around 1.5 cm thick.
2. Cover with a lid (or plastic film) and put in the microwave oven for 6-7 minutes at 750 watts.
3. Once finished let the rice rest for 5 minutes, so it can continue absorbing water.
