Guzvara pita (Serbian pie)
This version of pie comes from Serbia. Popular in the whole country, and is a staple during festivities.
500 grams pie crust
200 grams Cow old cheese or feta cheese
100 ml yogurt or milk
1 heap of salt
200 ml sunflower oil
200 ml mineral water.
1. Whisk together eggs, sour water and oil with a whisk. Try to make sure the cheese is salty enough, then add it to the mass you have mixed and gradually add salt to avoid salting. Knead lightly to keep lumps of cheese.
2. Fill the pan to bake you in and place three pie crusts as a baking pad. Separate the two peels, which will put you on top. First, turn on the oven to 250 degrees to allow it to heat up.
3. You then dip each crust separately into the mass we mixed and put in the baking pan, one at a time, until all is consumed. Close with the two bark we saved.
4. Insert into the oven and after five minutes reduce to 200 degrees and leave for 25-30 minutes. After that she is ready to eat.
