What’s on the French Christmas Menu Series?

  • 21 November: Christmas mise en bouches
  • 28 November: Roasted scallops with lemon thyme, parsnip-Jerusalem artichoke puree, butternut sauce, eryngii oyster mushrooms and squash seeds in hazelnut oil
  • 5 December: Veal tenderloin stuffed with mushroom duxelles and barded with local raw ham, new potatoes with rosemary and seasonal vegetables on parsnip mousse.
  • 12 December: Christmas traditional Bûche de Noël (or Yule Log cake in English)

Every week you will meet a different professional Chef: René Kertz, Ronny Thill, Baudouin Laurent and Fränk Manes residing and working in Luxemburg. By sharing their passion and their knowledge, they want everyone to know how easy cooking can be, and how much excitement it can add to everyone’s life, by offering us this delicious digital Christmas menu and at the same time doing it for a good cause, the Telethon.
