Join this Virtual Cooking Experience

This interactive online cooking class is perfect for food enthusiasts who love to discover the flavors of the world. Under the guidance of your ChefPassport cooking instructor, you will explore this cuisine and learn how to cook authentic dishes from the comfort of your kitchen.

  2. Horiatiki salad with Sesame coated fried feta

For the Tzatziki

  • 150g or 1/2 cucumber, large, unpeeled
  • 350ml Greek yogurt
  • 10g garlic (2 cloves)
  • 40ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 15g dill
  • Salt to taste

For the Horiatiki Salad

  • 100g or 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 100g or 1 cucumber
  • 100g or 1 green bell pepper
  • 50g or 10 Kalamata olives, pitted
  • A pinch of salt
  • 30ml or 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 15ml or 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50g of feta cheese
  • 5gr or 1 tsp dried oregano

For the Sesame coated fried feta

  • 250g Feta cheese, in a block
  • 110ml or 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 80g All-purpose flour
  • 60g Sesame seeds
  • 5g or 1tsp Paprika
  • 5g or 1tsp Black pepper, freshly grounded
  • 80ml or 4tbsp Honey
  • Olive oil for frying

Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse

  • 4-5 Digestive biscuits (plain)
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 100g dark chocolate (65%+)
  • 100g thick Greek yogurt
  • 25ml milk

Event Language



In order to guarantee the best interactivity with the other participants and the Chef, the capacity of this event is limited to 20 people, 10 men and 10 women. During the check-out, you will select your ticket type. The ticket is valid only for this event.

The Chef

Chef Kit Kennedy is a Professional chef formally trained in Australia with a focus on European cuisine. Chef Kit relocated to the United Kingdom where she is retired as an executive chef and shifted gears to food writing. In 2005, chef needed to continue to share her love of food by offering her own hands on classes. Those who are close to Chef, know her passion for traditional and rustic cooking. Chef says, “I love to get into the history of different dishes to uncover their authentic flavors.” Taking so much joy in painting the picture of the world the dish originated from, Chef asks “Which cuisines can I share with you?” Let take a trip. “How about Australia’s Gold Coast, cruise the islands of Italy and Greece, wander the length and breadth of the Mediterranean Sea, or stop off and foray into any European country for a meal of your choice.”
