At ChefPassport we are on a mission to connect like-minded Digital Food Explorers with local Chefs from all over the world. We are a rapidly growing company providing Virtual Cooking Classes for consumers and Virtual Cooking Events for corporates via our digital platform We have a network of 40 Chefs from 20 different countries, a growing community of 10K followers and on our portfolio we count Business Customers like Google, Amazon, Procter & Gamble and Cisco, among others.

We believe that food is a medium of love and connection, and learning from local Chefs about worldwide traditions and cultures via online food experiences is probably the safest way to connect humans and virtually travel the world during these unprecedented times during the pandemic.

In order to expand our activities within the Marketing & Sales Team, ChefPassport is looking for a B2B Business Development & Account Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating sales lead resources, including company directories, web research, LinkedIn & similar tools for contacting new leads (including cold calling).

  • Manage a pipeline of Business Customers via CRM technologies

  • Listen attentively to Business Customers need and help them find the best solution to run their virtual events successfully

  • Design & create financially and graphically appealing proposals aligned with ChefPassport’s offering and branding.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.

  • Build strong, positive and long-lasting relationships with Business Customers.  

  • Managing the communication between Business Customers and the internal Events Operations team

  • Engage and support the Event Operations Team with client-facing organizational tasks required to run successful virtual events

  • Gather feedback, build satisfaction surveys, questionnaires, interview Customers and suggest product and process improvements to the Product Team and the Events Team.

  • Build sales reports and present them to the C-levels during periodic business review meetings.

Required Skills:

  • Strong alignment with ChefPassport’s Vision, Mission and Corporate Values.

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English (native speaker is a plus).

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Solid experience with CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Tools (particularly Spreadsheets).

  • Solid experience with Smart Working Video and Collaboration Tools (, Slack, Zoom/Google Meet).

  • Good experience or willingness to learn modern graphic design photo/video editing tools (Canva, Magisto).

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.

It is required a 1 month probation period during which you will have the opportunity to prove your skills. You will be assigned a sales goal and you will be compensated with a 10% revenue commission on the total deals you will have closed. At the end of the probation period, based on your performance evaluation and interest in extending your collaboration with ChefPassport you will be offered a base salary remuneration + commissions based on your negotiated tariffs for a part-time or full-time equivalent effort.

ChefPassport is a 100% remote company. You can be wherever in the world as long as you have access to a Broadband Internet Connection (at least 20 Mbps).
