Nico Foglia is an amateur cook from Naples, who has true passion for his home-country's. Having lived in Rome and Milan, he has mastered a variety of recipes not only from his hometown, but also from all regions throughout Italy.
Now, he is based in Munich, where he is recognised as the Italian Cuisine Ambassador from his friends and colleagues. As the chef in the family, he is responsible for the ideation and preparation of Christmas lunch... which is a tremendously serious meal in Italy.
Personally, he loves seafood dishes and all Italian masterpieces like risotto, carbonara, and parmigiana.
