Chef Jose studied at "Instituto Gastronómico Hidalguense" and his experience is principally based on Mexican cuisine. His first job was in a Mexican Restaurant in Magog, Quebec, Canada. Thereafter, He worked in a cruise ship on the Mexican buffet area and moved to Malaysia to become a head chef in a Mexican restaurant there. Moving forward in life, and keeping up with his travels, his next destination was Colombia before moving back home! Chef Jose looks forward to teaching you some delicious recipes from his country and awaits your taste bud’s explosion!
